Message from the Dean

Hello and welcome to Piedmont Community College's Health and Natural Sciences page!  Thank you for your interest in our programs!  I look forward to meeting you in person and helping you achieve your academic goals.  The Health Sciences and Human Services Department of the College offers several program options to help you meet your educational needs, including certificates and associate degrees. Our options include Associate Degrees in Nursing, Medical Assisting, Human Services Technology,  and Healthcare Management Technology.  The Human Services Technology program offers a generic program and concentrations in Social Services and Gerontology. Certificates are available in Nurse Aide (Certified Nurse Aide I and II), Phlebotomy, Medical Coding, and Gerontology.

Faculty in each of these programs are dedicated and passionate about passing on their knowledge in their field of expertise. The courses offer challenging and rewarding experiences and offer wonderful career opportunities. Our graduates seek employment locally in Person and Caswell counties, as well as in the surrounding healthcare areas, especially in Durham and Chapel Hill. We pride ourselves in creating high quality graduates who are hired easily, often before graduating from their program.

If you would like more information on any of our programs, please don't hesitate to contact the program coordinator listed on each program webpage or me.  I can be reached at (336) 322-2213 or alisa.montgomery@piedmontcc.edu. I look forward to helping you!

Printed Format

The printed format is a combined schedule for both Curriculum classes and Continuing Education courses available for the Summer 2017 semester. The printed schedule will be available starting the week of March 21 on both campuses. They will also be mailed to over 27,000 homes in both Person and Caswell counties.

Web Format

Schedule last updated March 20, 2017 - Curriculum Classes Only

The web format is the same as the WebAdvisor format, except all classes are listed alphabetically on one single webpage. For more information on a specific class, please contact the appropriate advisor or you can find additional information within WebAdvisor.

2017 Spring and Summer Curriculum Schedule on WebAdvisor

WebAdvisor offers a secure web interface that allows you to access the class schedule on PCC’s Datatel Colleague system. If you are not a current PCC student, you can view the upcoming semester’s class schedule. This allows you to look up course sections and plan out your schedule. If you are a current PCC student, you may register for classes online using the Colleague system. This option provides the most up-to-date information about classes being offered and the number of available seats at the time you view the schedule. Click here to visit WebAdvisor.

If you have questions about the Curriculum Class schedules, please contact the PCC Student Development Office on either the Person County Campus at (336) 599-1181 or the Caswell County Campus at (336) 694-5707.
