Requires High School diploma/Equivalency plus 4 years experience working with audio/video technology or Associate degree with 2 years experience or Bachelor degree in related audio/video field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-oriented work ethic; analytic and problem-solving skills.  Responsible for assisting instructors with the ITV equipment (videoconferencing based) during an ITV class or event; provide basic level of technological support to instructors, proctor exams, disseminate class material. Caswell County Campus, 25 hr/wk, Mon-Thurs, 3:30 – 8:30 pm, Fri, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Salary: $10.50/hr.
